Assessment requests

When you submit our Free Business Operations & Automation Assessment through Facebook or Instagram, we receive your name, email address, phone number, company name, employee-count range, biggest operational challenge, software currently used and interest in improving operations within 30–90 days. We may also receive the form, campaign and submission details supplied by Meta, and information you choose to share during follow-up.

How we use your information

We use your information to review your request, understand your business needs, contact you by email or phone about the assessment and relevant services, arrange appointments and maintain our communications. An assessment request does not subscribe you to automated marketing texts. Please do not send passwords, payment details or confidential customer records through these forms.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers for customer relationship management (CRM), workflow automation and data transfer, appointment scheduling, email and phone communications, and website hosting. These providers may process the information needed to perform those services for us. Our current CRM is Pipedrive; Make may transfer assessment information between Meta and our CRM when that integration is enabled. We may change providers within these categories as our operations evolve. We will review and update this policy before making material changes to the information we collect, the purposes for which we use it, or how we share it, and provide any notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law. We may also disclose information where legally required or necessary to protect legal rights. Meta handles information on Facebook and Instagram under its own policies, including its Privacy Policy.

Retention and security

We retain assessment and communication records only as reasonably needed to respond to requests, provide services, maintain appropriate business records and meet applicable obligations. You may request deletion using the contact below; some records may need to be retained for legal reasons. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, but no storage or transmission method is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us to stop follow-up, access or correct your information, or delete it, subject to applicable requirements. Depending on the law that applies, you may have additional privacy rights. Email kenny@cleverbusinesssystems.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If you disagree with our response, reply to the same address and ask for a review.

Website inquiries, booking and self-assessment

The website inquiry form is provided by Pipedrive. When you submit it, your name, email, optional phone number and business information are sent to Clever Business Systems and stored in our CRM. The form uses spam-protection services, which may process technical browser and device information. After submission, you may continue to Calendly to choose an appointment; Calendly processes booking information under its own privacy policy. Our separate three-question self-assessment runs in your browser and offers a downloadable summary. Its answers are not sent unless you choose to include them in an inquiry. Downloaded files remain on your device until you move or delete them.

Hosting and fonts

The site is hosted through Netlify and requests fonts from Google Fonts. Hosting and font providers may receive technical information needed to serve the site, such as IP address and browser details, under their own policies.
